Practical Information

Talks will take place in the Rhodes Lecture Theatre (G.55) in the Electronic and Electric Engineering Building (No. 51 on the Campus map). The main entrance is accessible from Woodhouse Lane. To get to the Rhodes LT, enter via the main entrance, go straight ahead, and turn left before the reception desk.

Coffee Breaks, Lunches, and Posters will be in the Refectory South.

The conference dinner will take place at 19:00 on Tuesday 9th January at Akbar's Restaurant in the city centre.

Posters will be displayed in the Refectory South during coffee breaks and lunches, as well as in a dedicated session from 15:00-15:55 on Tuesday 9th. The poster boards will fit posters up to size A0 in portrait, or up to A1 in landscape.

• From the railway station, the campus is within walking distance, at about 15-20 minutes.
• From the airport, there is a shuttle bus 757 or trains that bring you to the city centre.

There are many hotels in Leeds city centre that are within 15-20 minutes walk of the campus. Possible options include
